GTA 5 Video: Real-Life Franklin Calls CJ’s Actor and Asks Him to Recreate Iconic Meme Line from GTA San Andreas

Popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat recently hosted Shawn Fonteno, the actor famous for portraying Franklin in GTA 5, on one of his livestreams. During the broadcast, Fonteno, who also made a surprise appearance in his own custom merch, joked around and even suggested that Rockstar should include him in GTA 6.

But the real surprise came when Fonteno called up Chris Bellard, the actor who voiced CJ in GTA: San Andreas. The two shared a fun moment on stream, and near the end of the session, Bellard greeted Cenat’s audience and, in true GTA fashion, delivered the iconic meme line: “Ah shit, here we go again.”

This fun exchange came shortly before Rockstar released a significant update for the PC version of GTA: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition. The patch introduced the long-awaited option to toggle classic lighting, bringing back the visual style from the original GTA games.
